Futnet England

Futnet UK Community Leagues is proud to be the home of the newly formed Futnet England team. On Saturday 9th May 2026, a squad of 7 players, all recruited from our community sessions in Derbyshire, competed in their first friendly match in an away fixture against a very strong Futnet Ireland team.

It was a tough fixture for the England team and we did lose more than we won but it was a great experience and we did win a couple of games!

Rutland Sports Park in Ilkeston, Derbyshire played host to a fantastic friendly match between England and Romania, in August 2026.

Romania won the match but the England team competed well and enjoyed the experience
